Stage improvements & jump height increase

"Five Stories" was a favourite for a long time, but at some point it started to feel just a little too claustrophobic to me. So, I gave it a bit of a stretch. Each corridor (except for the bottom one) is now one block higher. This made it possible, but awkward to wall jump up the 4x4 ghost blocks that used to go down the middle of the stage, so I decided to increase the jump height a little bit. I tested each stage with the new jump height, and I think it's an improvement all around.

Also, the flat floor of respawn blocks in "Strawberry Cake REMIX" now has some short walls to break it up. This makes it a little more interesting to battle on when the dirt and stone is cleared away. 

It's nice to have an update without any nasty bug fixes. It's all fun stuff this time.
